I choose to speak Life

After cell group ytd
On the way home, I felt tongue-tied! I'm serious. hahahah it's really not easy. Many thoughts keep flashing within my mind abt the things that i said & gossip before! I felt so bad suddenly:/

Proverbs 20:19
"A gossip betrays a confidence; so avoid a man who talks too much"

Proverbs 15:4
"The tongue that brings healing is a tree of life, but a deceitful tongue crushes the spirit"

I realised today! that I was really careful with my words:/ And listening to the things people were saying. Some are so hurtful:( that crushes the spirit. I need to learn learn learn! I want to choose to speak life into another persons life:) That will encourage & is helpful for building others up.

How can the same lips that I used to Praise God, use to speak unwholesome talks?

Ephesians 4:29
"Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen"

It is not easy at all! It just comes out so naturally! God, may you tamed my tongue.
